Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) demonstrates extensive application value in gas separation, environmental protection, energy, and other fields, leveraging its unique pore size sieving properties and surface adsorption capabilities.

 

1. Nitrogen-Oxygen Separation: Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) for Nitrogen Generation

Relies on the diffusion rate difference between N₂ and O₂ in the micropores of carbon molecular sieve (N₂ diffuses slowly, O₂ diffuses rapidly), achieving nitrogen-oxygen separation through pressure cycling.

 

 

2. Oxygen Purification

Purify raw oxygen (93-95%) to over 99.5% with a recovery rate of over 60%.
